Hidden Player using External Controls

This demonstrates how you can hide litePlayer™ if relying exclusively on external controls for playback. To hide a player instance, just set its width and height to zero.

NOTE: In some cases, external controls will not work if the player is hidden by setting its size to 0 x 0 pixels. The solution is to set the player size to 6 x 6 pixels (minimum), then set its color and bgcolor to the match the page background.
